Do we accept returns?
Returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery with photo evidence.
We do not refund for change of mind or incorrect size selection. Refer to our return policy.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary by region.
U.S. orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after fulfillment.
International orders may take 5–20 business days.
Winter Drop+ items may have extended timelines.
Tracking is provided once your order ships.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once production begins, cancellation is no longer possible.
Winter Drop+ products may have different cancellation eligibility depending on processing status.
Can I change my shipping address?
If your order is still being fulfilled, we may be able to update your address.
Once marked as Shipped, the address cannot be changed.
If the package is already out for delivery, contact your local carrier directly.
What if my package is lost?
If your order appears lost, contact us within 15 days of the estimated delivery date.
If confirmed lost by the carrier, we’ll cover reprinting and reshipping.
Do we really donate $1 from every order?
Yes. $1 from every order goes toward supporting people in need. At the end of the month we donate the accumulated amount to poor people. You can check it in our Instagram story.
